Hang-up upon launch of Live Race

Hi.

sometimes when we launch a race in Live, it seems to hang forever. Once I
had to wait for almost a full minute... Any idea why? We were unable to
launch until a player and his guest disconnected. Coincidence, or were they
lagging the game?

One solution I've heard (though not proven yet) is for all drivers to
completely let off the gas, and just idle until the countdown begins.
