Best non-arcade racing game

Hi,

Could somebody recommend the best non-arcade racing game for the xbox?
So far based on reviews it looks like I should consider toca racing 2.
Any others? I'm mainly a pc gamer. My expectations are not something in
the same league as what I can get on the pc. I'm just looking for the
most realistic racing games the xbox has to offer.

I'd save your cash and wait for Forza motorsport

Potentially one of the best ever sim racers :-)
