they don't do it for free you know. Some developers like UBI spoil us with
free content, but everyone can't afford to do that.

Your Live subscription allows you to play on the Live network, and has
nothing to do with the content offered. If you don't like this, then go sell
your Xbox and play the laggy PS2 online...

One point of releasing additional content is to "refresh" a game so
releasing it early would defeat the point.

I would have to agree with that statement. They should of at least released
the content before Rallisport 2 came out. I bought that game and have not
looked back, online tournaments available and exciting new tracks and
progressions.
