Enterprise Global dimmed

Hi,

After i installed MS project server 2003 & MS project professional 2003 for
the clients. I tried to open the Enterprise Global templte for editing so i
chose the "Tools " menu => "Enterprise Options" => "Open Enterprise Global"

but i found it dimmed and not active. So i wasn't able to open it for
editing.

Ofcourse, i've enabled the Enterprise features on MS Project Server and may
account has "Save Enterprise Global" permission

Just to confirm you are successfully connected to Project Server with
permissions to edit/save enterprise global?
